By bringing together your business and our office, we can help you bring the best return on your business’ largest investment: your employees.

Employers may be eligible to take advantage of a variety of tax incentives, earning up to $2,400 in federal tax credits. RISE assists the business in handling all aspects of the paperwork.

Businesses enrolled with the Philadelphia Re-Entry Employment Program (P.R.E.P.) can earn up to $10,000 a year against their business privilege tax for each fulltime qualified ex-offender hired.

RISE can offer a free business insurance policy for the first six months of a new hire that protects the employer for any loss of money or property due to employee dishonesty under the federal bonding program.

Post – Placement Services

Service does not end once a participant is placed in employment. Participants are actively engaged with a dedicated case manager who continues to work with them one on one. RISE offers incentives to our participants so they continue to do great work long after they are hired. A business is encouraged but not required to contact RISE if they have any questions or concerns with a new hire at any time.
